Dirty sheets will be bundled in a pillowcase and placed near your washing machine. You will receive an automatic email reminder three days before your appointment with your set arrival time, a text reminder the day before, a text when the team is on their way, and a text when they have finished. You can edit these notifications in the client portal or add additional people to receive them. Initial Deposit: We charge a $150 deposit to the card on file 3 days before your schedoled clean, which will be applied to the initial invoice. If the deposit does not go through, your visit will be placed on pause until you update your payment information. Pricing Quotes: Online quotes are based on the square footage and package chosen for your home. Once our team has accessed the space and gotten a feel for how well-lived it is, we may call or text you with an updated quote. If we cannot reach you and you have not pre-approved additional costs, we will stay within the budgeted range, and clean quality may need to be adjusted. For your first visit we do recommend our initial add-on. We recommend this to clients who haven't had their homes professionally cleaned within the past 4 weeks. Without this add-on, please keep in mind it may take our team a few visits to bring everything up to standard. Please ensure the utilities are still turned on. If we arrive and the home does not have power, we will not be able to complete our visit, and it will be considered a lockout. We request that the home be empty so we can wipe the interiors of all cabinets, drawers, etc. If they are not empty, we cannot clean them.
